Returns and Refunds
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we first ask that you contact us to get an RMA (return merchandise authorization) which you will use when shipping your items back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To get the returns process started, do 3 things:

2) let us know your order #
3) let us know why you are returning your items and what condition they are in.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once processed, you can expect a credit back to your original payment method within a few days.
We will be happy to exchange items within 30 days of your purchase, though we ask that you pay for any additional shipping fees involved.
